... Areas of Further Exploration ...

As you know, the aim of In Pro Per is to provide lay-people with information which relates to general legal principles. In Pro Per has also stated that it will direct its readers to blawgs maintained by licensed professionals that show or manifest a similar interest, spirit, or guiding principle which hopefully relates to your COPSOD ("case or plight or situation or drama").

However, In Pro Per also has an interest in bringing topics to light that may seem bizarre, unfounded, not-based-in-law, or downright ignorant to various members of the public. The purpose of casting light upon these websites and their authors/creators/editors is not to embarrass or humiliate, but, to promote the exchange of sensible discourse among like minds who differ in opinion or position.

Therefore, we bring to the public's attention the following two (2) websites for review...

Justice 4 You This site attempts to expose the failing Canadian Justice System and promotes judicial accountability.

J.A.I.L. (Judicial Accountability Initative Law) This site attempts to expose the rampant and pervasive judicial corruption within the United States.

I found both fascinating and invigorating to read. I trust you will too.

... Blawgs Bring Back Power to the People ...

The aim of this blawg (aka "blog") is to provide lay-people (that's right... ordinary folk like you and me) with information that relates to general legal principles.

In fact, In Pro Per intends (among other things) to direct the reader to blawgs maintained by licensed professionals that show or manifest a similar interest, spirit, or guiding principle that may relate to your case or plight or situation or drama (hereinafter "COPSOD"). What In Pro Per does not intend to do is as follows: 1) Hurt people's feelings; 2) Mislead the public; 3) Malign the legal industry or its participants.

Does this give our identity away? If it doesn't, here's a clue: We are not lawyers. We do not provide legal advice. We're here (hopefully) to bring you a better understanding of the law through an exposition of general legal principles.

That being said... If you have specific questions concerning your personal rights, obligations, or remedies under the law... call a lawyer. In fact, call as many lawyers as humanly possible. Ask these potential lawyers intelligent, well-thought-out questions (we will post many sample questions at a later time for your perusal and edification) as they relate to your COPSOD. Hopefully, by posing myriad queries to counsel, you may be better able to discern between whether counsel will be working your file, or counsel's paralegal - and thus, adjust the bill accordingly.

As a corollary to the aforementioned, please take solace in knowing that if In Pro Per were to address your specific legal situation, someone in the profession may be ethically and legally required to take In Pro Per to task simply for the pleasure of discussing the alleged civil/criminal wrong openly in their preferred forum of choice.... (i.e. a courtroom). Rest assured... we're not of that mind.

Until then... take care for now (TCFN).... and remember:
